The Whirlwind WFSD12X1KIT surface mount, hinged door assemblies attached to a matching 12”x12” NEMA Type 1 style back box. These units provide an attractive, locking door enclosure with a recessed connector panel inside the back box. Two recess depths are available: 1” and 2.5”. A blank connector mounting plate (part# WFI12X12) is included with the complete assembly. Whirlwind can also punch, load and engrave identical panels that replace the one included, ready to wire and install for contractor convenience. The WFSD12 enclosure is almond in color, the 12x12" back box is 4" deep and has no conduit knockouts. Back box mounting holes are added by the installer to suit the application.
