The Trenton BP4FS6890 four-segment PCI Express backplane is designed to support single or dual-processor single board computers such as the BXT7059, TSB7053, JXT6966 or the TQ9. Each SBC segment supports three x16 PCI Express plug-in I/O option card slots driven with PCIe electrical links directly from the segment’s SBC.
The BP4FS6890 PCI Express backplane is ideal for cluster computing solutions, allowing each SBC to operate independently or as a cluster via the optional edge connector C Ethernet interface routing communication to each segment using the backplane’s on-board Ethernet fabric switch.
- 20-slot form factor supports up to four PICMG 1.3 SBCs
