The Timer Request Protocol (TRP) allows 3rd party applications, displays and multi-viewers to work with the PLURA Timer System. Timers, generated by either an SPT unit or a RUBIDIUM Series 1+3 system, are made available over ethernet using existing infrastructure. 6 di¬fferent timers ( up, down, diff¬erence or offset) can not only be made visible, but also be controlled (start stop, reset). There are no limitations to any specific hardware. The open protocol allows for timer implementation with each capable network based device.
