The MediaPOINTE Mobile HD Webcaster contains everything a meeting organizer or hotel AV staff needs to capture live conferences and presentations, and stream them live or On Demand (VOD) over any network. It combines content (PowerPoint, video, etc.) with a live camera feed of the presenter into a professional dual image format that can be viewed anywhere, anytime on a PC or mobile device. The HD Webcaster is completely self-contained. Just roll it into a conference or ballroom, plug in the power cord, and you’re good to go. The system even streams your presentations wirelessly.

This portable system leverages MediaPOINTE’s patented Keycard Automation System to fully automate the process. Just issue each presenter their own Keycard before an event. Plug each presenter’s Keycard into the system at the beginning of their presentation and pull it out when they’re finished. That’s all there is to it. The system can even use a magnetic room key for hotel based events. Presentations will be automatically recorded and streamed along with individual descriptions of each one. The MediaPOINTE Mobile HD Webcaster features a built-in high definition camera, wireless microphone system, and hookups for any PC, video, or other AV source. It has buffered AV outputs to feed external projection systems, displays, or sound reinforcement systems. It even doubles as rolling cart for your portable projector.
