Captioning is not only a desired service, but is a requirement of the ADA. The ACE-2000 automatic captioning engine makes captioning your content easy. Using cutting edge linguistics software, the ACE-2000 series is able to turn speech into text accurately and quickly. The ACE-2000 comes ready to use out of the box. The system does not need to be “taught” and is updated regularly with an internet connection. Words can be manually entered into the system's dictionary to increase the ACE’s accuracy. To further ADA compliance, the ACE-2000 can identify individual speakers to provide a speaker ID with the automatic closed captions. The ACE-2000 speech recognition captioning system is capable of captioning at an accuracy rate of 95 percent or higher in English, Spanish and several other languages. The captioning data and text can be sent to the encoder either RS 232 (Serial) or TCP/IP.
