Image AnyPlace-3D is a Passive 3D kit that allows integrators to create a movie theater-like 3D viewing experience in the Home Theater and Professional environments. How the system works is that the 3D content is presented to an HDMI distribution amplifier, which then distributes identical signals to two Image AnyPlace-3D signal processors (one for each eye). Each Image AnyPlace-3D extracts its assigned left-eye and right-eye information, to precisely align the images on the screen. With the use of polarization filters over the lens of each projector, an immersive 3D image can be viewed using inexpensive passive glasses.
The kit includes two Image AnyPlace-3D units, an HDMI D/A, HDMI cables, polarizing filters and glasses, IR remote control and rack mounts. Designed for a simple integration, the kit can be paired with ANY two identical 2D projectors and a 3D signal source (including 3D-enabled Blu-Ray players).
