They are designed to mount into standard deep masonary boxes. The IB series of chassis’ are .75” deep while the ID series is 1.00” deep. tough & rugged Each series features a removable locking door with either a keyed camlock or a thumblatch camlock (optional). The IB-3100 is a 3-gang box that mounts into either a professional appearance RACO 697, a BOWERS 3-MB, or equivalent, while the for custom jobs IB-4100 and ID-4100 are 4-gang boxes that mount into either a RACO 698, a BOWERS 4-MB, or equivalent. Shallower back boxes can be used depending on the depth of the controls and electronics that have to be mounted behind the IB or ID Chassis.
