Electronic meeting manager system is intended for city councils, community boards, planning commissions or corporate forums engaged in vigorous debate or public hearings. Allows members to self-regulate speaking order and control discussion times in an open and fair manner. Software registers requests-to-speak, keeps time for every speaker and tallies keypad votes. Data is saved to files corresponding to discussion sessions that may be resumed precisely. It is designed for up to 20 members. Discussants make requests-to-speak via individual keypads. Requests are registered and speaker's list is displayed in order of requests. Name buttons on control console are arranged to approximate room seating. Phase lights are activated according to preset sequences. Time remaining is displayed on each member keypad and can be saved to file so that deliberations may be resumed exactly. Delibrator allows members to self-regulate speaking order and control discussion times in an open and fair manner. Delibrator can be used as an effective electronic voting system. System has hybrid parallel/serial wiring configuration that can accomodate different seating arrangements and different size legislatures (up to 20 members).
