Featuring Digital Quiet Motor Technology™, the CSMI-QMTDC-250-4-EX motor provides quiet yet robust operation for Crestron® roller shades 18 to 133 in. (458 mm to 3,379 mm) depending on fabric and shade height. Fully integrated electronics eliminate the need for bulky add-on interface modules, allowing for a clean, streamlined installation.
The CSMI-QMTDC-250-4-EX can integrate seamlessly into a Crestron control system, allowing it to be operated alone or as part of a group using keypads, wireless remotes, touch screens, and mobile devices. Setup controls are included on the CSMI-QMTDC-250-4-EX to facilitate setup, testing, and adjustment of shade limits by the installer.
For a wired shade motor alternative with Cresnet® technology, see model CSM-QMTDC-250-4-CN.
Digital Quiet Motor Technology
The shade motor utilizes the quiet, precision-controlled Quiet Motor Technology to control the movement of the shade, keep track of the shade’s position, and adjust the shade to the user’s desired preset positions.
infiNET EX® Wireless Communication
infiNET EX wireless technology provides two-way RF communications throughout a residential or commercial structure without the need for physical control wiring. Each infiNET EX device acts as an expander by sending command signals to other infiNET EX devices in range (approximately 150 ft or 46 m indoors) to ensure reliability and stability.1
The CSMI-QMTDC-250-4-EX communicates with a Crestron control system via an infiNET EX Wireless Gateway (CENI-GWEXER or CENI-GWEXER-PWE, both sold separately). Up to 100 infiNET EX devices may coexist on a single wireless network.
Power Supply
Power is supplied to the CSMI-QMTDC-250-4-EX via a dedicated power supply (CSAI-PWS40, sold separately) or a 10-motor power supply (CSA-PWS10S-HUB-ENET, sold separately).
