Featuring Digital Quiet Motor Technology™, the CSMI-QMTDC-163-1-SG motor provides quiet, yet robust operation of Crestron® roller shade systems.1 Fully integrated electronics eliminate the need for bulky add-on interface modules, allowing for a clean, streamlined installation. The CSMI-QMTDC-163-1-SG is capable of controlling shades that are 22 to 96 in. (559 to 2,439 mm) wide, depending on fabric, hardware configuration, and shade height.
The CSMI-QMTDC-163-1-SG integrates seamlessly with a Crestron control system, allowing it to be operated alone or as part of a group using keypads, wireless remotes, touch screens, and mobile devices.
Long-life Battery Operation
Power is supplied to the QMT® shade motor via 8 D cell batteries (not supplied). The batteries are stored in an external battery compartment that is mounted in the fascia of QMT3 Series Architectural shade hardware. When mounting with QMT3 Series Décor shade hardware, the battery compartment can be hidden behind the roller shade fabric, valence, or drapes, and can be color-matched to the bracket hardware.
Integrated Controls
Setup controls are included on the CSMI-QMTDC-163-1-SG to facilitate setup, testing, and adjustment of shade limits.
Digital Quiet Motor Technology
Quiet Motor Technology allows for nearly inaudible operation while providing precise control of shade movement. Digital QMT® shade motors also keep track of the shade's position which allows the shade to be programmatically adjusted to the user's desired position.
