The unique design of the instructor’s Hide-Away table incorporates patented Hide-Away mechanism into a faculty-friendly lectern. By hiding the LCD during a lecture, the instructor is afforded a clear view of students. In addition, the Hide-Away LCD concept is nice when the teacher chooses to bring their own laptop computer for class. This table design includes tabletop power plugs and cord manager for holding laptop connectors (VGA, RJ45, Audio, USB, etc.). Although a locking front door is optional for this cabinet, most of our customers prefer the “open-access” concept. Equipment can be secured using a variety of methods that do NOT require distributing keys to all faculty members (security cables, custom face plates combined with security screws, etc.).
