As a full-service commercial law firm with offices in New York and San Francisco, and associated offices in London, Geneva and Singapore, they provide turn-key solutions. Their business model is thoughtfully crafted to offer clients a more hands-on approach than larger firms which may not be as well-structured to deliver personal attention. The Firm is proud that a large percentage of the legal team has spent their entire careers at Gibney, allowing them to remain trusted advisors to many of their clients for decades.
Challenges:
The firm was looking for a larger, more strategically located space in mid-town Manhattan that could accommodate their growing investment in technology. TRITECH was selected to design and build the Security, IT and AV systems they would need. TRITECH’s design engineers were an integral part of the design team for the new 5th Avenue location across the street from one of the firm’s largest clients and near one of New York City’s busiest areas, Rockefeller Center. As the project design progressed, the team was tasked with managing a steady stream of client led changes and budget accommodations. The site’s location required extra levels of security and careful scheduling of deliveries and personnel.
Solutions:
The systems designed and installed by TRITECH allow the firm’s partners, employees, clients and visitors to take full advantage of the convenience and security the systems afford them. The AV systems make presenting and sharing ideas and data simple and effective, while supporting an active hybrid work environment. Meetings between remote and live participants are seamless whether in one of the many huddle spaces or in large, multi-person conference rooms. A sophisticated room scheduling system allows users to book rooms from local or remote locations, as well as from the room itself. Technology and support can also be scheduled through the system.
Security systems control and monitor important access points as well as provide secure access in and out of the offices. The systems are integrated into the building’s overall system, providing an additional layer of protection. Multiple intercoms and cameras were also provided and are monitored 24/7.
TRITECH provided structured cable systems allow secure connection to the firm’s network through multiple hard-wired locations and wireless systems. Extensive documentation makes servicing, updating and changing systems simple.

The Gibney NYC offices are a perfect blend of effective technologies and beautiful aesthetics, enhanced by inspiring views of the City.
